Supporting leaders and professionals in their wellbeing, personal growth and sustainable high-performance is a central passion in my life. It was central in my work as global head of learning & development for a global digital security company and in 20+ years of leading multi-disciplinary product teams, coaching and facilitating in technology, retail and non-profit environments.As a coach, I often work in organizations and my whole-person approach engages body and mind and draws from an integrated toolkit of science-backed practices including CliftonStrengths, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness and compassion. This approach is highly effective in enabling clients to maximize their strengths, generate positive changes and take control of their performance and wellbeing. Clients often describe me with words like: safe, compassionate, challenging, effective and fully present.
As a mindfulness and compassion trainer, I deliver the standard 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction program, 8 week mindfulness based compassionate living program, and offer custom variations of programs for organizations or individuals.
Further, I offer private and small group yoga sessions, therapeutic applications of yoga and custom yoga based programs for furthering embodied mindfulness and compassion.
